FJH-500V is an eco-friendly rubber plasticiser formulated as a low-aromatic, low-volatility process oil for natural and synthetic rubber. It improves filler dispersion, lowers mixing and extrusion energy, and enhances green strength and surface finish without significantly affecting cure or vulcanisate ageing. Suitable for tyre tread, sidewall, and general moulded goods where reduced aromatic content is required. Good compatibility with SBR, BR, EPDM, and NR. Typical use level 5 to 20 phr. Packed in 180 kg drums or IBC. Store cool and dry away from direct sunlight.
