Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Role of the platform
GlobalB2B provides a marketplace and related services. We are not the seller of record. The contract of sale is formed between the buyer and the supplier. We do, however, operate escrow, dispute resolution and verification services as described below.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You must confirm your email address before posting inquiries or placing orders.
- Suppliers must complete verification (KYB) before trading on the platform.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or repeated policy breaches.
3. Orders and escrow
- Payment is held by the platform until the buyer confirms receipt.
- Suppliers must ship by the promised date and provide valid tracking.
- Where a bank transfer is used, the order is released once the remittance is confirmed.
- Platform commission is deducted from the amount released to the supplier.
4. Cancellations and refunds
A buyer may cancel before shipment. After shipment the buyer should open a dispute. If a dispute is resolved in the buyer’s favour, the escrowed funds are refunded. Refund timing depends on the original payment method.
5. Disputes
Either party may open a dispute while funds are held. We review the evidence submitted and issue a binding platform decision to release or refund. Escrowed funds remain frozen until resolution.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Listing counterfeit, illegal or restricted goods.
- Misrepresenting products, certifications or business identity.
- Circumventing the platform to trade off-platform and avoid commission.
- Scraping, automated bulk registration, or interfering with service operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use constitutes acceptance.
