リピート注文前の6つのチェック
短い事前注文ルーチンにより、ほとんどの問題を安価に解決できるうちに解決します。
Repeat orders are where complacency costs money. These six checks take very little time and cover the failure modes that actually occur.
The six checks
- •Compare the new COA against the retained reference batch, not against the specification alone. Drift inside the specification is still drift.
- •Confirm the grade and production site are unchanged. Ask directly if any raw material source changed since the last shipment.
- •Re-confirm packing and labelling. Requirements drift when your own warehouse or customer changes.
- •Check the price basis — Incoterm, named port, packing, payment terms and validity.
- •Check the production date against the shelf life, particularly for insoluble sulphur and moisture-sensitive fillers.
- •Confirm the current compliance declaration for your destination market; restriction lists are updated and an old declaration may no longer match.
Keep a shipment log
Record grade, batch number, COA values, arrival condition and any deviation. A six-shipment log makes trends obvious and is the strongest evidence you can bring to a supplier conversation.
Escalate early
If a value moves outside your historical band but still inside the specification, raise it before the next order rather than after the next problem. Suppliers respond much better to a trend question than to a claim. ## Need the documents or today's price?
